We’re looking for a skilled Pool Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial pool builds from planning through final inspection. You'll coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality control, manage timelines, and maintain client communication throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site crews and subcontractors
  • Ensure all projects meet code and quality standards
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and inspections
  • Resolve construction issues proactively
  • Communicate progress with clients and office team

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of pool or general construction experience
  • Strong understanding of pool systems and layout plans
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret permits
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
